Is my order secure?

Yes.

The payment platforms we utilize to receive payments are PayPal and SWREG both proven advanced secure payment systems. During the order process, SSL encryption is applied to protect all the data and information you provided for the order.

When do I get my license key?

0-12 hours.

After your order is processed successfully, you will first receive a confirmation e-mail for your order sent from PayPal or SWREG, which contains your order data including your invoice or receipt.

As soon as I received the order request, a registration e-mail will be sent to you afterward within 0-12 hours. If you purchase by eCheck, your license key will not be sent until I receive notification that your eCheck has been cleared, it can take 3-5 days.

Which license should I get?

You are required to use the commercial license if you are making money, direct or indirect, of the work created with phpDesigner 8 or if it is used at work.

Commercial License
For any commercial, business, personal, educational, governmental or institutional work. You can install the license at work, on your laptop and at home as long as you are the only user of the license.

Personal License
Can only be used by a private person and for non-commercial work. You can install this license on your private laptop and at home as long as you are the only user of the license.

What's your refund policy?

phpDesigner 8 is provided as a trial version for download directly from our site.

Use this ‘try-before-you-buy’ version free of charge for 21 days to ensure that it satisfy all of your requirements before purchasing the full version.

Due to the nature of software license sales, no refund or exchange is available.

What's your upgrade policy?

Updates
Updates are minor feature additions, enhancements and fixes, within the same version number, i.e. 8.2, 8.2.5, 8.5 etc. Being a registered user, you are entitled to a free updates.

Upgrades
In addition, once a major revision of the software you have previously purchased is released, you'll probably need to pay an upgrade fee 30% off if you want to take advantage of this major upgrade, since it may be combined with a significant amount of improvements.

If a major revision is released less than three months after you have purchased the software, you will receive the upgrade free of charge.
